(Excludes Canada) MAILERS (Individual): Empty:$0.63) per mailer. With product inserted: $0.90 each. MULTI-COLOR IMPRINT: Add $0.20 per each additional imprint color. MULTI-LOCATION IMPRINTS: Add $0.20 per each additional imprint location. OVER/UNDERRUNS: Allow a 5% variance. All items shipped will be invoiced accordingly. PMS COLORS: $40.00 per color, per order. Absolute color match is NOT guaranteed on all backgrounds. POLY-BAG PACKING: (OPTIONAL, with the exception of metallic inks, which MUST be poly-bagged) Bag charges are: 1 item per bag:$0.10 2-24 items per bag: $0.30 each bag. 25-49 items per bag: $0.75 each bag. 50-100 items per bag:$1.00 each bag. PRODUCTION TIME: Normal production time is 5 business days on orders of 2500 imprints or less. Orders with no imprints usually ship in one day. See also "Rush services". PROOFS: Paper proofs are REQUIRED to be signed, and are NO CHARGE. PRODUCT PROOFS/SPEC SAMPLES: Setup charges, plus unit cost. If there are no changes made to the imprint, a re-set up charge of $12.50 per plate will apply once the order is placed. Additional lead-time is required for product proofs and spec. samples. Maximum 12 pieces per spec. sample order. RUSH SERVICES: Same Day: $0.45 per piece. 2-color/1-location imprints MAXIMUM. Minimum charge of $200). Minimum charge of $125. 5000 imprints maximum. 2-day: $0.20 per piece. 2-color/1-location maximum imprint. Minimum charge of $62.50. 3-day: S.10 per piece. 4-color/1-location maximum imprint. No minimum charge applies. SAFETY INFORMATION: Our products are Non-Toxic and Safety-Tested. They are NOT intended to be toys, and are NOT recommended for children under 3 years of age or pets. SET-UP/PLATE CHARGES: $50.00 per plate (per color/per imprint). $12.50 for exact repeat orders. SHIPPING METHODS: UPS and FedEx unless otherwise required or requested. A $2.00 insurance fee is added for each carton. We DO NOT ship via AIRBORNE EXPRESS. TRADEMARK USAGE: All materials submitted to be used in the production of orders will be accepted as being in full compliance with laws regarding trademarks and similar protection.
